Jack and I would like to pass on our heartfelt thanks to Jules.  Yesterday Jules was concerned that Jack did not seem himself when getting out of the van and later that day followed up to see if he was ok.  What amazing compassionate service – we are truly grateful for Jules’ concern for Jack.  Jules always has the utmost concern for her passengers and actively ensures they are safe and along with her great people skills, communication and organisation is able to brighten their day and ensure a safe ride.

A huge thank you to Jules who went above and beyond.  I suspect she is this person to many people and once again would just like express our gratitude for the care and kindness she has shown.

I’m emailing to highly recommend Driver Angela who drove for us on the 18th of June 2024 from Royal Heights Rest care, Massey.

It was with Angela’s input of the level of service displayed, along with her excellent driving skills and service thru our journey that made our trip for a successful time out.

Angela’s communication to our residents from being helpful, guiding, patience, empathy, with a calm and methodical manner, in ensuring the safety of each person as she assisted with lifting, supporting arm, and the seating of our people. Her guidance and caring attitude were appreciated.

Angela made everyone feel important with her communications skills. She gave us descriptions of the landmarks we passed by, as well as recommendations for sites to take note of.

Angela is a careful, considerate driver. She displayed outstanding driving expertise of smooth driving.

We hope she will drive again on our excursions.

I’ve now been using your mobility services for several months for my 97-year-old Mum Helen and just want to give you some feedback.

It’s no exaggeration to say that this service takes all the worry of traffic and parking out of my hands when I need to take Mum to her appointments and special events. Mum is always really appreciative, too, of the helpful attitude of your drivers as they get us where we need to go – and back!

All of your drivers are first-class, and always turn up promptly. In particular I find Angela to be extra-considerate, and so I always request her to be our driver if she is available when we need to go out.

Thank you so much for this fantastic service, it is a huge factor in being able to care for Mum in the community as our family has chosen to do.

Your help with the mobility transport was so very much appreciated. Doreen had a fantastic day surrounded by her family and they now have some beautiful new memoires to cherish. I just wanted to send a HUGE THANK YOU to your wonderful company for making my life so much easier today.
My Mum has Alzheimers and is no longer able to coordinate herself into our car and I needed to get her to see a doctor today, so I really needed a mobility service that didn’t cost the earth, who were accommodating and available without having to book in 24hrs prior.
Re-Li-On-Us ticked all those boxes and more. Our experience today from inquiring about your services over the phone with the lovely Aayushi, to having a driver available on the same day as booking, to getting our wonderful and patient driver Joe pick my Mum and I up in the mobility van without any pressure to rush to get her into the vehicle – today’s experience was so stress free that I had to write a testimony and will recommend to anyone to use your services.  Being a fulltime caregiver for my Mum and dealing with all the stresses that Alzheimers bring, having this one service be able to be provided for my Mum and my family really meant the world to me.  I will also be recommending your company if I can to Dementia Auckland so that they can have you on their books as when I called them, noone could help me with finding a good mobility service for Dementia/Alzheimers sufferers.  THANK YOU SO MUCH for today and I will definitely be using your service all the time from now on for my Mum.  Have a blessed day and so sorry for the long story. 🙂 Kind regards, Angelina.
