During demanding periods, i.e extreme weather conditions, major sports events, road works or traffic jams, we may be delayed, so please be patient.
Pre-booking a vehicle does not guarantee the vehicles arrival time.
However, we are happy to accept the booking if you are prepared to wait for the next available vehicle.
We are happy to accept the booking if you are prepared to accept and pay for a van to accommodate the number of passengers travelling, if a car is not available.
